How to Book a Spot

If you think your pup might be a good fit for the OC Dog Ranch, we'd love to learn a bit more about them.

If you are interested in boarding services only, the next step is to reach out and we will ask some questions about your pup. If it seems like a good match, you'll be sent a link fill out a profile in our system. This is where you will give us all the details on your pet, such as feeding instructions and upload the required shot records. Remember we cannot make any reservations without this profile done so please try and get it set up 1-2 weeks prior to any planned stays. Dates for stays are requested via email, text, or phone. Simply send your requested pick up and drop off day and we can let you know our availability for those dates or offer a spot on the waitlist if we do not have availability.

If you are interested in our boot camp program, we'd love to chat and make sure we are a good fit for your pup and your goals. Please be detailed in your email of any behavior concerns we should aware of and if you would like to set up a phone consult with a trainer that can be scheduled. Once we ensure the program is a good fit, we will send you a sign up link to fill out a profile in our system. This is where you will give us all the details on your pet, such as feeding instructions and upload the required shot records.For training dogs there is an additional section to add any training goals you would like the trainers to be aware of. Once the profile is filled out, you will work with the office staff to select dates that will work for your schedule and a non-refundable $200 deposit which can be applied to the program cost will be required to hold your training spot. This deposit is non-refundable but can be applied to the program if rescheduled within 30 days of the original start date. Programs can start on any day of the week, you just want to be sure that the day the dog goes home you have time to do a 1 hour lesson with the trainer. Follow up lessons are always done in San Juan Capistrano and are typically set for the afternoon between 12-5pm.
