The passion behind OC Dog Ranch comes from the experienced, talented and dedicated team who brings their all to work every single day. We believe happy staff makes for happy dogs, so we try and ensure that OC Dog Ranch is always a great place to work. We maintain a high staff to dog ratio of 1 staff member to 6-8 dogs in the playgroups, with additional support staff doing cleaning, check ins, etc so the staff watching play groups can stay engaged with the dogs in their group. We also have staff onsite 24/7 for the safety of the dogs at our ranch.
